Click on forget password link on login screen, and select reset option, then insert User ID (Your 8 digit client code) and email id.

Select both checkbox password and PTN, After submit , You recieved two password email from prudent broking. First email is for normal password, Second email for 2FA password which is second level authetication password. Now go to login screen.

Go to change password link , Insert user id (Your 8 digit client code) and password (This is your old password),New Password and Confirm password (This is password which you want to change) .

Go to forget password link and select unlock option and insert user id (Your 8 digit client code) and email address and submit. Your password is unlocked successfully.

After login to prubazar app, you will see search symbol on Top of app. click on search symbol, then you can search stock by scrip name and by segment (Equity / Currency / Commodity). You can add Scrip / Stock in your watchlist by click on watchlist button.

After login to prubazar app, you will see many scrip on home dashboard, click on desire scrip , you will see many options Buy, Sell etc. Click on Buy / Sale option and insert quantity and price and click on submit button. Your order has been placed.

After login to prubazar app, click on menu ( ) on top, left side menu will show, Click on trading menu then you will see orderbook and trade book option.

In orderbook option, you see your today order placed status (Pending / Accepted / Rejected).

In trade book option, if order is succesfully placed,then order show.
